Busy Sunday setting up for the brewing week

The old Brewery when it was known as the "Fountain Brewery"which helped to win me many awards.

                                      R.I.P 14.4.2005

Need to start culturing yeast for 2 brews at weeks end.Am going to do a Kolsch on Friday and a Bass IPA clone on Saturday as part of a brewday with some friends.

So need to get the pressure cooker out to sterlise my flasks and other yeast starter equipment,as well as making a culture cabinet with temperature control seeing as the cold of winter has now hit us.

Going to use a brew pad inside of a 55lt Esky with a probe thermostat and my stir plate so as to get my starters big enough to crash chill to let the yeast flocculate out of suspension before brew days.

Will also Rack a Steam beer on to Polyclar so this can be Kegged/bottled Wednesday night and free up one of the three fermenters used in the brewery.Did the same process last night with another Steam beer which has  been Dry Hopped with 17grams of NZ Cascade flowers. The best of the two brews will end up being bottled for a AHB July case swap.
Recipes have been generated using some freeware that i have downloaded and will post links.I used the
EZ Water calculator for my mash ph and water treatment and Brewmate to get the recipes to style....well nearly.
